Step 1: Verification

I want to sell my cuddly toys, how does it work?

Step 2: Photos

Take a picture of your items and send them to: contact@mimidoudouandco.com

Step 3: Sending

Send us your cuddly toys by dropping them off at La Poste or Mondial Relay.

Step 4: Receive the money

Receive your payment by bank transfer within 72 hours of receipt of the confirmation email.

Please respect this charter before sending us an e-mail with the photos of the cuddly toys you wish to sell:

• Minimum 8 items that match to send an email

• The cuddly toys must be clean

• Used cuddly toys in perfect condition or new: No stains, no holes, no pilling, no fading, no deteriorated seams, no bad smells, no traces of suckling. They must not have any personalized ornaments (embroidery, iron-on, screen printing, etc.) and the musical cuddly toys must work perfectly. Prints, logos and mirrors must be in very good condition, not damaged or cracked.

• Whether or not to buy back the items as well as the trade-in price vary depending on supply and demand.
